- How To Use?
- ①Pre-cooling Preparation: Put the Breast Cooling Pads in the refrigerator to fully charge it with coolness. Insert them into the bra.
- ②When in use: Simply slip the cooling pads inside your bra against your skin. The phase change material (PCMs) will gently absorb body heat.
- ③Reuse: When the cooling sensation subsides, your pads are ready to be restored. Let them rest at room temperature; in 30 to 60 minutes, they will have completely solidified, recharging for your next moment of relief.
- ④Tips: The cooling effect will last longer when used in an air-conditioned environment.
