  • Foam Brick PCM Packs​ should be used along with insulation shipping boxes.
  •  
  • Pre-cooling Preparation: Before use, place the PCM pouches/Gel Packs in a for a certain time to ensure complete freezing;
  • Placement Method: Evenly lay the frozen pouches on the bottom and surrounding inner walls of the insulated container, ensuring all surfaces of the container are fully covered to form a full-wrap insulation protection;
  • Cargo Placement: Put the goods in the center of the insulated container, then place the PCM pouches/Gel Packs on top of the goods, and close the insulated container;
  • Extension of Cooling Duration: If it is necessary to extend the transportation time, additional PCM pouches/Gel Packs of the corresponding quantity can be added on the existing basis, or larger-sized products can be selected;
  • Reuse: After use, wait for the cold storage bag to thaw naturally, wipe off surface stains, and it can be reused after re-freezing.
